Introduce Yourself
Please call our office to request an intake. You should be prepared to share your contact information. You will be provided a form that will help us understand the nature of your inquiry, craft questions for an initial consultation, and conduct a conflict check.

Initial Consultation
If you are booked for an initial consultation, we will go over the information you provided in the intake and discuss the questions and concerns we have identified. The goal is to listen to your story to determine the path forward, and assess whether our firm is the right fit for your matter. The more information you can provide, the better we are able to assess the work.

Engagement
If we agree to move forward, we will provide a written engagement agreement outlining the scope of representation, billing structure, and expectations.
